During the exhibition we can see posters, projects of album covers and other graphic works dedicated to or inspired by music. All of the graphics originate from the Faculty of Arts at Silesian University in Cieszyn. Mariia Guraievska Ethno Jazz Project is a mixture of folk tradition, jazz improvisation and the guitar sound of rock music. The band was established in 2010. The leader of the quartet, Jan Malecha, is a guitarist and a composer, a graduate from Jazz Institute at Academy of Music in Katowice. Głyk PIK Trio is a new Irek Głyk’s project, which is characterized by one common thought and desire to play. Combination of vibraphone, drums and bass guitar produces an unique wording and energy, musicality and joy of playing leave an unforgettable impression. Głyk plays it with their own children.
