Sabina Meck (aka Sabina Myrczek) is a singer, composer, arranger, producer and songwriter. She graduated in composition and arrangement at the Jazz Institute of the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice. In 2017, she received a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage for outstanding artistic achievements.

In spring 2016, Sabina's debut solo album entitled “Love is Here” (For-Tune) was released. The album features the artist's own compositions. Sabina Meck received a Fryderyk 2017 nomination in the category of Phonographic Debut of the Year, Jazz Music.

Winner of the 1st prize in the Blue Note Poznan Competiton (2014) in the vocal music category. In 2015, together with the band that she started called SoundMeck, she won the Grand Prix at the Azoty Jazz International Contest in Tarnow. The jury also awarded Sabina an individual special prize — The Festival's Greatest Talent. In the autumn of the same year, she was awarded the second place in the 9th Krzysztof Komeda Composition Competition in Slupsk, in the “jazz theme” category, for the song “A part of me”.

“Słowo na T” is the title of Sabina Meck's third album, containing original compositions for her own texts, this time in Polish. The music uses elements characteristic of jazz, but expands beyond its limits by referring to other styles, often as distant as rock and classical music. The form of the composition is similar to songs. It combines simple melodies with strictly arranged accompaniment, while leaving space for improvisation to give the opportunity to show the individuality of each musician of the sextet.
