In the first band the most important role played the pianist – Olga Dyachenko. She was born in 1983 in the musical family. She studied at S. Prokofiew Music Academy and in 2007 she graduated with honours. One year later she won a Grand Prix at the 7th International Contest `Jalta Holiday`.
The concert in Gliwice was the only concert in Poland. The music presented during the Festival has been prepared during the last few months.

During the second concert we could enjoy Przemysław Strączek (born 1976) – jazz guitarist, composer, producer, arranger, educator, laureate of the Marek Bliziński Master Contest of Jazz Guitarists in Warsaw in 2001 and 2003 and laureate of the National Contest of Guitar Improvisation in Kielce in 2005. He was accompanied by Jerzy Małek (born 1978 in Elbląg) – Polish jazz composer and trombonist, high-ranking in the Jazz Top rating for many years.
The concert promoted the leader`s album “Light & Shadow”, which was released at the beginning of this year. The project had been very well received by the critics of Polish music magazines (Jazz Forum, Top Guitar).
