Christian Pabst started his music career by joining the BuJazzO (the German Federal Youth Jazz Orchestra) as piano player. In this way he had a chance to gain experience from the collaboration with artists like Mike Herting, Niels Klein, Jiggs Wigham, Ed Partyka, Dennis Russel-Davies and Julia Hülsmann. He works on all the big international stages, appearing in a great variety of projects.The most important events of this time were a tour with symphony orchestra through South Africa and a tour through India with Indian percussion virtuosos.
The Trio is a real melting pot of various ideas: earthy rhythms, lyrical compositions, and a wide-ranging but unique sound. During performances, they captivate the audience with their relentless, contagious energy and amazing improvisations.
