That’s a totally new element of our festival. An outdoor concert, which is a pre-premiere of the festival itself, and which takes place on the terrace of the Victoria Theatre’s Ruins.

The vast experience, gathered through many years of music performance, became an origin of a capable band, which mixes various styles and sounds.

Exhibition of jazz posters consisting of works by faculty and students of the Arts Universities from all over the world (almost).

Łukasz Pawlik Project is based on the sound of the 80s and 90s enriched by modern electronic possibilities.

The workshops are open both for jazz fans/listeners and musicians.

They act as ambassadors between the soundscapes of jazz, tango, and modern grooves from the club scene, like house and drum’n’bass, where they seek to find common ground rather than cross borders between the styles.

The Blessed Beat music absorbs and reflects complex of music moods (jazz, electronic, improvised music) retaining en enviable individualism and high quality craftsmanship that can span from music creativity.

Their music may be characterized as full of freshness, sincerity and energy of the Scandinavian improvised music.

The four distinct personalities of trumpeter Cyprian Baszyński, saxophonist Bartek Prucnal, bassist Michael Parker, and drummer Dawid Fortuna, combine to form the Krakow-based (PL/USA) jazz quartet N S I.

The workshops aim is to show people interested in this kind of music how to use various performing possibilities and how to notice details which are important while playing in a band or improvising.

Schmidt Electric is an exciting new project combining space jazz and electro-groove with soul, funk, R&B, as well as film scores and sound and beat experiments.

The new album by Jazzpospolita titled “Jazzpo!” has been released October 2014.
